This is what it has come to!!

Once I got back home from London, I got booked to do a few mobile gigs for Scratch Academy. Since I can't STAND carrying turntables around with me, I looked into other options. After looking around, I decided to go with the Serato/ Vestax VCI-300. I used it at a gig the day I bought it, and it was amaaazing! As most of you know, I do WORK on actual turntables, but this thing is excellent for what it is! People were asking me what it was all night!

My prayers

As I returned back to my hotel in London yesterday morning, I received word of the tragic plane crash back in the states involving Travis Barker, and the homie AM. I just want to wish those guys the best and I hope they have a speedy recovery. My prayers go out to the rest of the passengers on the plane that lost their lives.

Remembering 9/11

This is a pic I took from the rooftop the other night that I thought was stunning. I was literally speechless, and I took a moment to remember all whom were lost on that frightful day 7 years ago. May god bless....

A Wednesday in Bmore....

So last night I got a bug in my ass(NH) and decided to head out of the house for a bit. It's been quite some time since I have been out in bmore cause I'm usually in DC. I went and scooped up Ian(E Major) and Hilton and we headed over to Baltimore's hipster spot called Ottobar. It was Emily Rabbit and C. Devlin's(DJ for Spankrock) Bday jump off. We saw some familiar faces and I got to catch up with my homie Dave Nada. Be on the lookout for this dude cause he is blowing the f@#k up!!!! All in all it was a nice little change of pace and I got to hang out with my bestest homies! Can't wait for London!

Me and the homie Dave Nada

This is Hilarious!!

So recently I watched a few episodes of the hills(I know, I know....GAY) and absolutely want to pull the teeth out of that dude spencer's head!! Here is a little video I came across for all the Hill's haters! Enjoy

New Bossman video ft. Raheem Devaughn

Here is a new video that Bossman sent me ft. the homie Raheem Devaughn paying tribute to Baltimore's club queen, K Swift. It features actual footage of Swifts funeral and the beautiful horse and buggy she was carried in.

Another Scion sureshot!

Here is a video from the Tuner Evolution show in PA this summer. Scion brought me out to do a little guest appearance at the booth as well as the main stage. You can see me pretty much all through the video, but my favorite shot is around the 3:27 mark. There is also plenty of eye candy for the perves.......you know how car show chicks are.......

Big shouts to everyone at Scion, Tuner Evolution and Basic 717 crew!

Candy for my Ears!

Last week I recieved a box of goodies from my Skullcandy family. I love the variety of colors that these things come in! You know that most of us dj's wear crazy shit, so its nice to be able to match your headphones to your kit! Head over to their website and peep the blog and all of their products. I am Dj Impulse, and I approve this product! Thanks Ben!

Ink the World!

Before I left for LA I received a package from my homies over at INDEX Inc. They laced me with some really dope gear to rock while I was djing at the Funkmaster Flex show. Definitely head over to their website and check out what they have, and make sure you check out the iPhone skate deck while your there.....FLAVOR!

Funk Flex show, LA edition!

Sorry its been a little while since the last post! There has been so much going on that I haven't been able to really sit down and post about my travels. 2 weeks ago my Kicker family brought me out to get busy in their booth that they had at the Funkmaster Flex celebrity car show in LA. The show had some really great cars and the performances were DOPE! Flex brought out The GAME, LL Cool J, Kardinal, and Lupe Fiasco! Everyone that is familiar with me KNOWS I love cars, so being able to see some great California cars was a PLUS! All in all I had a great time, and I want to thank Kicker for always taking care of me!

Here is a little video of me chopping it up and showing off a new INDEX shirt!

This was LL doing a surprise performance of Rock the Bells!! I had to get in the audience for this one!

Backstage for Lupe's performance

PS- While I was out in LA, I got to hang out with my homie Evan, and I stumbled upon this HILAAAARIOUS picture that H. Carter did back in the day! Its a painting of Hiltons face stitched onto his pop's graduation picture! Love it!
